Midori Driver

1 oz. Midori

Fill with Orange Juice

Splash of Soda

Berry-Berry

• 1 oz. Blueberry Schnapps
• Fill with Cranberry Juice

Mint Julep

• 1 tbsp. of Sugar
• Splash of Soda
• 1/2 fill glass with crushed ice
• stir well or short shake
• Fill with crushed ice
• 1 1/2 oz. of Bourbon
• Fill with soda
• Garnish with Mint Leaves

Release Valve

• 1 oz. Vodka
• 1 oz. Light Rum
• 1/2 oz. Grenadine
• Fill with Pineapple Juice
• Short shake
• Cherry Garnish

Rickey

• Highball Glass, ice
• 1 oz. Liquor of your choice
• Fill with Soda
• Lime Garnish

Bloody Mary Mix 1/2 Gallon

• (Use 2 dashes of  each for a single serving)
• 2 quartz of Tomato Juice or V-8
• 1 1/2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 oz. tabasco sauce
• 1 tbsp. of salt
• 2 tbsp. of pepper
• 1 tbsp. of celery salt
• 1 oz. lemon juice
• Mix WELL!

Tequila Sunset

1. Collins Glass, Ice
2. 1 oz. Tequila
3. Fill with Orange Juice
